2010 AGM

Please make time to come to the Annual General Meeting of Acoustic Routes (Wellington Folk Centre). The committee has worked hard all year for your club and the best acknowledgement of our work would be your active participation in the AGM.

The general purpose of the AGM is to:

  • receive the 2010 annual report and financial statements
  • elect the officers (president, secretary, treasurer)
  • ratify the 2009 AGM minutes
  • elect the committee (up to five members)
  • appoint the official auditor.

2009 AGM

The Club AGM will be held in August before the Blind Date Concert. There will inevitably be some reshuffling of the committee as personal commitments for the next 12 months are assessed, but there will be a core of people willing to do another term. 2 or 3 new committee members will be needed.
